COURSE OVERVIEW
Talent is the engine of the next economy. Management of Talent or Human Capital in the workplace
is an important strategic function, not only to HR professionals but to all Managers in general.
This course will give learners knowledge and understanding of the major facets in the Talent
Management lifecycle, strategies and practices that will help them in planning, recruiting, training,
engaging, managing performance, retaining high quality talents and more.
